Job Overview
SurePoint Safety is seeking a qualified On-Site Safety Consultant to support constrution and industrial job sites by promoting safe work practices, ensuring OSHA compliance, and strengthening safety culture. This role partners with project leadership to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and protect workers on site.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily job-site safety inspections and observations
Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
Support and coordinate safety efforts with subcontractors and contractors
Oversee fall protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
Assist with incident investigations and documentation
Maintain accurate safety records and reports
Communicate effectively with site supervision and crews
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 5-7 years of construction or industrial safety experience
Construction or industrial safety experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently on active job sites
Preferred:
Degree in safety related field
OSHA 510 and or OSHA 500
CSP, ASP, CHST, OR GSP certification
Advance knowledge of construction safety standards
Experience with contractor safety programs
Schedule & Location
Project-based assignments
Day shift (may vary by site)
Local and regional Pennsylvania job site
